With our Dry Waist Pack you can wade deep and your load will stay dry. It’s built with heavy-duty materials and the best manufacturing techniques to deliver reliable waterproof protection for your gear no matter how wet the conditions.

Built with tough 840-denier nylon tarpaulin fabric coated with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), water simply cannot penetrate it. The advantages of using a nylon fabric with this coating are lightness of weight, flexibility and abrasion resistance. The highly-flexible TPU coating is resistant to ultraviolet light and chemicals, ensuring durability and longevity without breakdown from hard use. The seams are radio-frequency (RF) welded, a cement-free process that permanently fuses the fabric layers together, assuring flexible integrity without fail. All webbing and padding is securely stitched to an additional layer of the waterproof fabric, which is then RF-welded to the bag’s body. This is the same construction as used in the manufacture of white-water rafting gear, where equipment failure could have fatal consequences.

The Dry Waist Pack, engineered in our Seattle headquarters with input from experienced anglers, is built to comfortably carry supplies on the water or seriously-wet backcountry expeditionswherever you need hands-free portability for moderately-sized loads. The waist belt is extra-wide and bolstered with a large lumbar padboth are padded with foam and breathable mesh for all-day carrying comfort. The adjustable, detachable shoulder strap boasts a padded slider with D-rings and provides alternative carry or additional support when the waist pack is worn at the front. The waist belt and main compartment are equipped with loops, D-rings and webbing straps for attaching additional gear. The 8-liter main compartment is accessed through a heavy-duty TIZIP zipperabsolutely waterproof and the same type that is use in dry suits, so you can be assured your load stays dry. Zippered pockets on both interior and exterior provide quick access and organization to smaller items or accessories. For even more convenience, the top handle is equipped with buckles, so the pack can be clipped into the boat for security or over a tree branch when you get back to camp.
